Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various office and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. This role will support administrative functions and assist different departments in daily operations, helping maintain an organized and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office duties such as answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
  • Manage office correspondence and communications.
  • Assist with basic HR functions, such as record-keeping and onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with office management software or databases.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer service experience.
