Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Scan items, ensure correct pricing, and provide receipts to customers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station.
• Ensure accurate cash drawer management and report any discrepancies.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Additional qualifications or certification is a plus).
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
