Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, showcasing the brand’s offerings, and meeting sales targets while ensuring that the showroom is well-maintained and welcoming.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom by understanding their needs and offering appropriate product recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered in the showroom.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure that products are properly stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are recorded and updated.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep the showroom environment clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and track product trends and market competition to provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (experience in showroom sales is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail or showroom sales.
  • Knowledge of the specific industry or products sold in the showroom.
