Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to introduce products or services.
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on previous interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets or call volume goals.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries and resolve them professionally.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients.
  • Provide accurate information about promotions, special offers, and company services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure contact details are up to date.
  • Support the sales or marketing team with necessary follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with telecalling software or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Multilingual abilities (depending on the customer base) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or telesales is an advantage.
